Hanging With Angie

Sometimes I’ll push one button which leads to another and then another and then a sister and a brother.   I’ve never said I was a computer genius.  It amazes me the things that I find along the way that others may not have heard of and then other times I’ll find something and the feed back generally is “You’re just now finding out about that”???

Then I feel about 2 inches small.

So today’s inner genius kicked in.  I received a comment from one of my blog communities and went to follow the person back.  I sent over my email addy for the subscription which led some kind of way into the “Blogger” dashboard.  Now I used to be on Blogger years ago and then I decided to grown up and come over to WordPress which is a bit different but once you get the hang of it it’s not too bad.  Meanwhile my profile is still up on blogger and I pushed a button that lead to a sister and then a brother and found all of the blogs that I used to follow.  And they merged into my google reader.  Now the blogger profile was set up under my old blog name which I guess converted over to my real name through my Google Profile.  Oh, and by the way, Google Reader will be closing it’s door in July.  So now I’m using Feedly.

Do you know how hard it is to try to remember all of the great people you used to follow 3 years ago? Right!!!! You can’t.  It will be fun keeping up with all of those people again.  I must confess though, I marked them all as read.  I can’t even begin to tell you how much reading that would have been.  So don’t be surprised when you see me commenting on your blog.  I’ve found you again and I couldn’t be happier.  Here’s to hooking up with old friends.  I”M BACK!!!!!
