I’m always posting my veggie/fruity drinks on instagram but I figured I’d show the process from beginning to end. The more I make these, the more I love them and I drink one daily. I feel such a difference in how I feel since I’ve been drinking these. My energy level is crazy. I always start with a green leaf of spinach or kale. And ladies, you know these are full of iron and once a month the more green leaf you use the better off you are as we lose iron monthly. Today I used spinach, apple, mango, pineapple, ginger and banana. If you decide to do all veggies I would suggest tossing an apple in just to take the tart taste out. If I go with straight veggies I’ll do spinach, kale, broccoli and either an apple or carrot to sweeten it. The more I experiment with the combinations, the more I like it. This along with a multivitamin by noon and I’m good to go for the rest of the day.
